O Canada was composed in 1880 by Calixa Lavallée. The original lyrics were in French and the English version was published in 1906.
Our arrangement for the accordion is simple but excellent. There’s nothing extra but you will find the transcription easy to play, yet sounding authentic. There are a few places where a different ground bass is recommended for the best sound: for example C/E = E ground bass + C major chord. If you find these too difficult, you can replace the ground bass (e.g. C ground bass + C major chord).
