William Tell Overture (Finale)

(2 customer reviews)

$5.99

Giaochino Rossini’s opera William Tell was premiered in 1829. Not many people are familiar with the opera itself but everyone knows the finale of the Overture. It was the theme song of The Lone Ranger and the TV series The Adventures of William Tell. It is a virtuosic galop – and also a great finger repetition exercise for accordionists!

This piece actually sounds like it was composed for the accordion! Do not try to play the repeating notes with one finger only.. The arrangement contains all the most famous parts of the finale with just some sections left out to make it perfect for the accordion.
